A Warning and a Call to Restoration: Preserving the Hedge of God's Presence

One of our members experienced a powerful dream, with a sobering warning, and a call to restoration. The Lord’s message is clear: that with His glorious presence comes a great responsibility of consecration.

Imagine a beautiful garden, meticulously tended by a loving gardener. The garden represents our lives, and the gardener represents God’s presence and guidance. When we willfully and consistently invite sin into our lives, it’s like introducing weeds into the garden. If left unchecked, these weeds can choke out the beauty and life of the garden, leaving it barren and unfruitful.

This illustration reminds us that our actions have consequences. When we compromise our values and purity, we open ourselves to spiritual attacks and harm.

The Bible warns us, “Come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you” (2 Corinthians 6:17).

We’re called to live a life of consecration, separating ourselves from the world’s influences and maintaining a pure heart. This isn’t about achieving perfection but about being aware of our weaknesses and seeking God’s help to overcome them.

If you’ve struggled with sin and feel like you’ve lost your way, there’s hope. The Lord’s mercy is unquestionable, and He gives grace to overcome unto the humble.

A Call to Restoration

Remember, God’s presence in our lives is a sacred trust. Let’s preserve the hedge of His presence by living a life of consecration, purity, and obedience.
