About this Short-Term Contract Role:
Plan, organise, and deliver Christian faith-based events at Ontario college campuses (Mississauga, Etobicoke, Brampton, Oakville, Milton, and surrounding areas)
- Manage budgets, vendors, venues, timelines, and on-site logistics
- Collaborate with campus authorities, student leaders, and local churches
- Provide post-event reviews and impact reports
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in event planning (campus, church, or student groups)
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills; detail-focused
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for ministry, community engagement, and student involvement
- Contract-based: work effectively at your own pace, including evenings and weekends if needed
- Familiarity with campus environments and safety protocols (advantageous)
Nice to Have:
- Experience in Budget management and vendor negotiations
- Knowledge of Ontario college networks and student life

Promote awareness of Christian faith-based events at Ontario colleges and universities in Mississauga, Etobicoke, Brampton, Oakville, Milton, and nearby areas—both online and in person.
What You Bring
- Proven background in promotions, sales, event support, or related roles (campus, church, or student groups)
- Strong skills in social media, digital marketing, and sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for ministry, community involvement, and student engagement
Work independently at your own pace, with flexibility for evenings and weekends if necessary.
Familiarity with campus environments and safety policies is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience with graphic design, video editing, etc.
- Knowledge of Ontario college/university networks and student life
